I told her the day before that it would be too stressful for him but he played yesterday. He could not hear her and the kids would not be quiet as he was trying to solve the problem. He had a meltdown and begin threatening people and the class and throwing paper. Today we have a 504 meeting for him. What ideas can I give his teacher to help him in these situations. They are very high stress for him. I was thinking ear plugs and her getting eye to eye with him and giving him the problem or her writing it down and giving it to him as she gives it to the class. He enjoys the game so I dont want to take it away all together.</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/1527055659904040434/8648096139458165378/comments/default/8089306485059542750'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/1527055659904040434/8648096139458165378/comments/default/8089306485059542750'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://www.myaspergerschild.com/2008/11/teaching-aspergers-children-tips-for.html?showComment=1323963603915#c8089306485059542750' title=''/><author><name>Anonymous</name><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' rel='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail' width='16' height='16' src='http://img1.blogblog.com/img/blank.gif'/></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://www.myaspergerschild.com/2008/11/teaching-aspergers-children-tips-for.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1527055659904040434.post-8648096139458165378' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/1527055659904040434/posts/default/8648096139458165378' type='text/html'/><gd:extendedProperty xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' name='blogger.itemClass' value='pid-1411717254'/></entry></feed>
