In the mean time, my husband & I have been doing copious amounts of research and 100% convinced that not only does our daughter suffer from it, but so does my husband. I have been crying for 3 weeks from this knowledge...from a validation that I'm not crazy...from the sense that it's overwhelming to think I've been trying to carry these two emotionally & socially for years...the fact that MY emotional needs have been neglected & swept under the rug....so many emotions. Is there support of one that is both a spouse AND a parent of Asperger's people? Also, is there help out there for a father with Asperger's in how to parent a daughter with Asperger's?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1527055659904040434.post-23544388801517996242010-10-11T22:24:48.427-07:002010-10-11T22:24:48.427-07:00I think this is very comforting to someone who has...I think this is very comforting to someone who has been married to someone with Aspergers and has never understood why the person has hurt them constantly with inappropriate behaviour.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
